Terms of Use

1. Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

Re:Form is a browser-based 3D sculpting application operated by Frame Sixty Labs, LLC ("Frame Sixty", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Frame Sixty covering the Re:Form application at reformsculpt.com and every page on that site.

By creating an account, signing in, or using Re:Form you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Re:Form is alpha software

Re:Form is released as an alpha. That is not a formality — it means features may change, behave unexpectedly, or be removed between releases; the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by faults; and a release can change how existing files behave. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we do not promise that a given feature will still exist tomorrow.

Keep your own backups of work you care about. Re:Form keeps autosaves in your browser, stores the projects you save with your account, and from time to time autosaves an open saved project back to your account. Export anything important somewhere safe as well. We are not able to recover work that is lost from your browser or your machine, and while Re:Form is alpha we cannot promise that a saved project will never be lost.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Re:Form. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Accounts are created through Firebase Authentication using an email address and password, or by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Tell us promptly at hello@reformsculpt.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Plans and what each one allows

Free. The complete toolset — every brush, sculpt layers, masking, symmetry, remeshing, painting, saving your own brushes and importing .brush files — with a working budget of 12.5 million triangles, OBJ and STL import and export, rendering, autosave, up to five saved projects of up to 150 MB each, and up to five share links at a time. The Free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use: you may not sell, license, or commercially exploit models made on the Free plan, or use them in commercial products or paid client work.

Pro. A paid subscription that raises the budget to the full 80-million triangle limit, adds GLB and FBX import and export, raises the saved-project allowance to fifty projects of up to 512 MB each, allows unlimited share links, adds exporting saved brushes as .brush files, adds 4096-pixel and 8K still rendering with the Re:Form mark optional, and grants a commercial licence: you may sell and commercially exploit models you create while your subscription is active. Work you created during an active subscription stays commercially licensed after you cancel; work created on the Free plan does not become commercially licensed retroactively.

Enterprise. Everything in Pro, including the commercial licence, with up to one hundred saved projects of up to 512 MB each, plus team licensing and support arranged individually in writing. Each seat is a personal account for one named person. Where a signed agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Your models are never watermarked on any plan: mesh exports and saved projects are always clean, and no plan restricts the sculpting quality of your work. We may change the saved-project allowances between releases; a project over the allowance of your plan stays stored and can still be opened, but cannot be saved over until it fits. On the Free plan, rendered images, turntable videos and timelapse videos carry a small Re:Form mark. On Pro and Enterprise the mark is optional, and you can add your own.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Pro subscriptions are sold at the prices shown on our pricing page, and Enterprise subscriptions at the price agreed with us; both are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details; Stripe handles the payment and shares only the subscription status and identifiers we need to unlock your plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate part-used periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

We may change prices for future periods. Existing subscribers will be told before a price change affects a renewal, and may cancel rather than accept it. Taxes may be added where applicable.

6. Your work belongs to you

You keep all rights in the sculpts, textures, and files you create with Re:Form. We claim no ownership of your creations. When you save a project it is stored with your account, so we hold that copy on your behalf: you grant us only the licence needed to store it, transmit it back to you, and show you its thumbnail, for as long as you keep it. We do not look at, use, or share your saved projects for any other purpose. You can delete a saved project at any time, and deleting your account deletes them all.

Share links. If you publish a share link, the shared model, its title and its thumbnail can be seen by anyone who has the link, and by the services that build link previews in chat and social apps. You grant us a licence to host, show and transmit that material to anyone with the link for as long as the share exists. You can delete a share at any time and it stops being available; deleting your account deletes your shares too. You are responsible for what you share, and we may remove a share that breaks these terms.

Remix. A share link lets people look at your work; it does not let them copy it unless you switch on Allow Remix when you publish the link. If you do, anyone with the link may open a copy of the shared model in Re:Form and make their own work from it, and you give them permission to do that. What they share from it is marked as remixed from your share, with the credit name you chose. They receive the shared model only, never your project. Deleting the share stops new copies being made; it cannot reach copies people have already made. Work made from a remix is subject to the plan of the person who makes it, so on the Free plan it is for personal, non-commercial use.

The gallery. Nothing you make appears in the Re:Form gallery unless you submit it yourself, with Submit to gallery in the studio. If you submit a share, you give us permission to show that shared model, its title, its preview picture and the display name you entered in the gallery on our website, with that credit. We look at submissions before they appear and may decline or remove one. You can withdraw a submission at any time, and deleting the share or your account withdraws it. This is the same on every plan, and it covers only the work you submit: it never extends to your other shares, your saved projects, or anything you have not submitted.

If you send us other material — for example, attaching a file to a support request — you give us permission to use that specific material for the purpose you sent it for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Re:Form for anything unlawful, or to create material that is unlawful; infringe anyone else's intellectual property; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or the accounts of others; circumvent plan limits, licensing, or billing; resell or rebrand the service; or scrape or reverse engineer it other than to the extent the law expressly allows.

8. Third-party services

Re:Form relies on Google Firebase (Authentication for sign-in; Cloud Storage, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions for saved projects and share links), Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare for hosting. Your use of the service also involves those providers, and their own terms apply to their parts of it. Re:Form additionally requires a browser that supports WebGPU; browser and graphics-driver behaviour is outside our control.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell subscribers and allow cancellation.

You may stop using Re:Form and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used to harm the service or other people, or where we are required to by law. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.

10. Disclaimers

Re:Form is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss, or that exported files will be suitable for any particular downstream use, including manufacturing or 3D printing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Sixty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or the loss or corruption of data or creative work, arising out of or relating to your use of Re:Form — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during that period, or fifty United States dollars.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Frame Sixty against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Frame Sixty agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version carries the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes require acceptance the next time you sign in, and your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp. Continuing to use Re:Form after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed Enterprise agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Frame Sixty regarding Re:Form. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not transfer them without our written consent.
